We’re located in Boise’s west end on the corner of 27th and Stewart, across from Alchemist, in the same row as Flow Studio, TruFuel, and Skosh:

Sunday: Closed
Monday: Closed (but we’re here elbow-deep in dough, prepping the week’s good eats. Pop in and say hi.)
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7am to 5pm ish
We’re always around, baking for our delivery service, and usually have extra loaves. A scattering of pastries appears for the early birds and the curious wanderers.
Thursday & Friday: 7am to 5pm ish
The full menu arrives in all its glory. Soups from Smoke N Thyme join the party around 11, paired naturally with baguettes that know their purpose.
Saturday: 7am to 2pm ish or sellout
Whichever comes first. And yes, we root for sellout.
