gOAThead Loaf
Our gOAThead Loaf — the loaf with a legendary bite. Named after the stubborn goathead thorn that laughs at your flip-flops and stops your bike in its tracks, this wheat sourdough doesn’t just stand its ground — it thrives on it.
With an extra-creamy, tang-kissed crumb that cushions every chew and a hearty flourish of organic oats for golden texture and gentle sweetness, gOAThead walks the line between wild spirit and smooth-spoken deliciousness. It’s rustic, it’s refined, and it’s ready to turn even the humblest sandwich into something unforgettable.
Firm enough to hold its own, soft enough to savor slowly — this is the bread that laughs in the face of thorns and invites you to savor every layer of flavor.
Like the rest of our loaves, this one carries the stamp of the Pacific Northwest. Our flours are farmed and milled right next door in Washington, sourced from growers who practice regenerative agriculture — building healthy soil the natural way, no extra fertilizers required.
In short: good bread, good dirt, good karma for your crust.
