Sasquatch
Sasquatch is a 5-pound porridge miche loaf. It’s a beast!
We crack four ancient grains, soak them for two days with some sourdough levain so they get a little funky. Next we cook that mixture into a porridge (kinda like breakfast oatmeal) and then fold it into our Idaho wheat sourdough. The result is a moist, hearty, high-protein monster of a loaf of bread that will keep fresh for several days without any preservatives.
It is fully organic, fully Idaho, fully fermented, fully nutritious, and fully delicious.
