Glutonia Country Loaf

Our Country Loaf is healthy bread. And it’s REALLY tasty. In fact, switch those. It’s healthy, sure, but holy Glutonia, these are some tasty loaves!

We’ve been testing for a while with our friends and family, and folks routinely polish off the loaf in one sitting. That’s a 2-pound loaf–poof! Gone.

It’s not just humans that love the Glutonia. We hear pretty regularly from folks that their dog grabbed it from the counter and ate the loaf in a sitting. And just recently, we learned that squirrels also enjoy a Glutonia loaf. They ‘discovered’ the loaf delivered as part of our subscription service on a couple of porches in the North End and helped themselves.

It’s a PNW bread. It’s made from flours farmed and milled in Washington. Most of our flours come from farms practicing regenerative practices, which replenish soils naturally without added fertilizers.

High extraction hard red wheat flours (T-85 adn T-70) from the Palouse in Washington, milled fresh in Skagit Valley. Non-GMO. No glyphosate.
