Sourdough Breadcrumbs

Ingredients:

  • Leftover sourdough bread

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F.
  2. Tear the bread into small pieces and spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until completely dry.
  4. Let cool, then pulse in a food processor until fine.
  5. Store in an airtight container and use for breading, meatloaf, or pasta toppings.
